For me, garden design is all about realising the full potential of a garden to delight those who spend time in it — unearthing its beauty.
I start by listening closely to your requirements and understanding the constraints of your space. But I also realise how hard it can be to see beyond what you already have. By helping you visualise the garden in new ways, I enable you to make the right choices – whether that’s confirming what you already thought, or bringing to light possibilities you’d never noticed.
My approach draws on my training and experience. Alongside an RHS Diploma in Garden Design, and RHS qualifications in horticulture and garden construction, I have years of experience working hands-on with plants. I want your garden to look good not just when it’s finished, but for years to come, which means understanding how plants grow and change.
From my first training as an Agricultural Engineer, I bring a disciplined approach to solving problems around the use of space. And as a native of Seville, Spain, I bring passion and a love of colour to my garden designs. “Con duende”, as we say!
Give me a call if you’d like to discuss your garden design project.

Daniel redesigned my garden including earthworks/walls, with a new cottage feel, based on the style I wanted to go with. Where there were issues with subcontractors he dealt with them effectively, and kept me in the loop. And subject to the natural constraints of the weather, every happened on time in line with the plan. I am delighted with the result. As the plants develop and grow, each month bring a new delight.
